I purchased and have recieved my body bugg. It is fun to have :) It tells me how much calories I have burned for the day and the day before. It also tells how many steps I have taken for the day and how much time I have spent do "activity" I'll keep this track and report next week how I did :)

Day 1
mmm...food. Boy do I like it! We had pizza. I made a whole wheat crust. It was SO good! Typically I put quinoa as cheese, but after making Scott's pizza with cheese, I REALLY wanted cheese too. yes, i'm sure you are thinking, cheese isn't bad for you, and no it is not, but for me, yes.
My 5K training is going well. I'm up to 5 minute jog, and jog is all it is! *deep breath* I push through it, watch my watch and count the seconds to when I can walk again! I was barley at 60 seconds and I am now to 5 minutes so I am pleased with my self :) I can run the whole 5K no walking, I know I can!

Day 2&3
The days blend together. My energy had gone out the window. I had just enough to reath. Which also resulted in task slacking. but, I'm doing alright. I worked so hard last week. i was determined to prove to my self I could do this. I suppose I used all my energy last week that this week I may gain isntead of lose, but, i still have a few days so I'll ty to at least maintain this week!
I gave into a craving today. I could not stop thiking about it, even if I tried eating something else. I believe that you should give into such cravings. Spicy chicken sandwich from wendy's has been my body craving for years! Pregnant or not. I love them! Every now and again, I WANT IT!!! It was mmm good! I enjoyed every bite! No guilt. Now moving on,, back to healthy eating.

I think the Lord is trying to tell me something. I did not read those two together, nor on the same day, it just happened that way. I need to get on top of the small and simple things!!!

Day 4,5,6,&7
yeah, its been that kind of week, all days blending ito one! Every now asn again I need that kind of week. i don't feel bad or any guilt for my bad week. I will do better this next week and all will be well.
I learned that fruit before noon does me good! I had a few days this week that I ate regular breakfast food and I felt yucky! Saturday I got VERY shakey! Haven't had the shakes in awhile. I ate a pear and all was well. Fruit before noon is the way to go here on out! Not always easy, but do able!
I want to do better this next week! Hopefully my body bugg will help me do that. I will keep tract of eveything and will see how I do. See if the investment in the body bugg was really worth the price :)
This week is all or nothing! I get all $15 or none. If I miss a task I lose all $15 and I owe a dollar for each missed task. Hopefully this will help me stay on task! Get back on track!
