My progression so far! I am very pleased with my self! I have never done something so hard for so long! I WILL be under 165 by my anniversary! I WILL!!!!
It felt great to lose 9 lbs in 2 weeks! That is how much I have lost since trying the fit for life diet plan! It is wonderful! I am full of energy! I don't feel bloated, grumbly, constipated. It is great! I am going to try my very best to stick to this program the rest of my life! Honestly, I have found a joy and thrill in learning about the body, in a healthy way that is! It makes me want to go back to school and learn and understand for myself, then just take someone elses word for it. But then again, I was glad to be done with college and am done!!! So for now, I will keep attending the school of google and just trust my instincts and what my body has to say! :)
My plan for the next 3 weeks, is to stick to one thing and not try something new! I will be sticking to fit for life, a daily walk, Mini trampoline cardio and circuit training, and 8 min. morning to thin thighs and hips. Here is today's measurements and photo. Gotta love the mommy belly :P

"Baby"
I was looking at a friends ultra sounds online. Ellie was sitting on my lap looking at the screen. She say's, "Baby. Hi!" and waves! She has yet to say baby! and I can't get her to say it again, but it was very clear, Baby! Hi! I love seeing little ones grow and how close to heaven they really are.

Addiction!
Hi, my name is Katie, Katie Scaleaholic! I love the Scale. It's nice to see hard work pay off!
7 reasons I love the scale
1 Mon. 191
2 Tue 189
3 wed 188
4 thur 187
5 fri 187
6 sat 187
7 sun 186
Dude that is 5 lbs this week if it sticks come tomorrow morning!!! Yipee!!!
I weigh in on Mondays, and record that number in my weight loss journal, but I have a bad habit, I just have to check my weight every morning!
Since I'm being honest. I will weigh before bed time, and often then not, when I pee in the night which is usually 1-3 times depending on my water in take before bed. I enjoy watching the number go down. heehee. I am bad, I know!
I even tried to put my scale on the top shelf of my linen closet for the week! It came down Thursday. At least I made it 4 days. And those were 4 hard days! LOL.

More
I must figure out how to post video's on my blog!!!! It is really making me sad!!!!
I've been doing sign language with Ellie since she was 9 months off and on. Just yesterday she finally can sign more. Sometimes you have to encourage by showing and other times you just ask, you want more? and she does it! I love when kids start to do sign language! But when it is your own it is just a whole new world of love for sign language. She is to cute!!!!

The tissue monster
Ellie was playing in our room and pulled out all the tissues in the tissue box. I didn't take photos, but I recorded her, and now I can't figure out how to upload videos on the blog. My tool bar has changed, and I absolutely hate hate hate hate hate it! No more videos :(
Look at my new hat
When I am at the computer and she is playing, after awhile she will come up to me, cry to be picked up. I put her on my lap, she points at the screen then starts to wave, and blow kisses and say dadee, dadee. We have been using the web cam while daddy is at school, she loves it!
Ready for a bath mom
I was taking Ellie's out fit off at the washing machine so as to throw her clothes in. She tried climbing in so I thought it a perfect picture moment and put her in :)

Rear ended
Yep, that was our day today!
We were stopped at a red light. No one in front of me. I didn't even see them coming up behind me! The driver that hit us said he was looking at street signs or something and didn't even notice the light was red! The street is 45 MPH so I have no idea how fast he was going! But Ellie was so kind to blow them kisses when I took her out of the car to wait for the cop to come :)
I got whiplash. I feel okay. Shoulders a little sore so will see come tomorrow how I am. Ellie acts totally fine! Didn't even cry! She is 14 months and 21 lbs so she could ride forward, but I have had this feeling for awhile now that I need to wait on turning her around. Today was proof that it was a good thing she was not turned around, she too could have gotten whiplash and is to small to inform me if she is in pain. I am grateful for motherly intuition and knowing what is best for my child, even if some people *cough* my sister *cough* makes comments like "But Katie's kid are too cool to turn around at 1" Cause believe it or not, my child is too cool to ride forward and have her fragile little body in danger of other drivers not paying attention :)
Their license plate indention on my car. lol!

Wed. update: Ellie still acts just fine and not in any kind of pain. I on the other hand, am now starting to feel the results of a whiplash! My neck feels like when you sleep on it wrong, but worse. It is more stiff and feels strained then sore. I have to rest my head every so often just to feel better. I have a chiropractor visit set up for Friday to get checked out and make sure everything is okay and to help with my stiff neck. Ellie too will get check out just make sure she is fine :)
Thursday Update: Last night I couldn't get comfortable with out straining my neck and it hurting, it would hurt to try to sit up and switch sides and any movement, such as when hubby came to bed, hurt. Needless to say I was tired come 8 o'clock, but someone has to take care of the baby! I woke up just fine and my neck feels much better than yesterday. No ibu today. But if I try laying down or sitting up, which causes neck muscles it hurts. So I just avoid that, so some of my work out today got skipped. :)
Their license plate indention on my car. lol!
cracked the bumper. No dents, just the crack and scratches
The bumper looks like it is hanging and the trunk seems to sunk down a little to me.

Texas once again
Papas birthday came once again and we got to spend it in Texas once again :)

Waiting at the airport for Grandma. Ellie was happy to see her!
Ellie's first trick or treat was at Nana's, she gave her candy corn. But grandma had french fries and she wanted that more
Got to play a little before bed time. She didn't like it the first time we put the "ball" on her, but when she figured out how to crawl out of it, she didn't mind so much.
Another State Fair, Texas this time.
mmm...Papa shared his corn. She loved it! She held onto it with dear life and would not let you take it. She did tease us a few times, she would hand it to you, and when you went to grab it she would pull it back into her mouth!
She wasn't big enough for the rides, but the lady was nice and let her ride this one. She's only a few inches off. She is our shorty. She did enjoy it. It was a new experience for her!
I love this picture. She is so darling! We rode the tram across and she loved looking over the fair and seeing it all from above
Got to sit in a few cars at the car show at the Fair
"Petal to the metal auntie!"
Key's please?
The ford guy asked if it was okay to take her picture. He then said, he was putting it in the Ford newspaper. :)
Good bye Texas, see you soon!
She was asleep until we had to get off the plane but was still very tired! She was to heavy to carry in the car seat so we tried something new. She seemed to like it!

Two fun weekends in Utah
My story, by Ellie Wiser:
Our first weekend. We went to the Zoo!
Papa took me on the train, and I had fun!
Auntie rode the train too!
I got thirsty, and the lion, tried to eat me!
Okay, already, you can see that I'm almost the size of a juvenile gorilla, now can I go?
I'm free! Now to ride a gorilla.

haha, I got away. Let's get out of here!
Good gorilla, we got away from that crazy mommy and her camera.
Sunday we got all dolled up and went to church with our friends, cause my baby "cousin" was blessed.
She looked very pretty in her dress
The next weekend, I got my first official haircut. I say official, cause mommy cut my bangs a few times, but never dare touch the rest of my hair. "Aunt" Tiffany did a great job. My hair looked much better. I am so cute!
Then papa and grandma took me to my first state fair. I had lots of fun and enjoyed daddy's funnel cake too!
Boy was it yum, yum, yummy!
Hey look dad, I'm driving
ahh, man! It doesn't move. I guess I'll pose for another picture.
Hey papa, do you think will get pulled over for driving the cop car?
We then went to gateway to try out the water fountain. I didn't like it much. It was fun to watch the water, but I didn't want to get in it!
While we were out and about, mommy found a Halloween costume. We kept it a secret from daddy until we got home to put it on. Him and his law buddies have a inside joke with penguins so daddy really loved my outfit!
Got to give everyone a call, let them know I got my costume and they better have lots of yummy candy for me.
I love my daddy, the law penguin, on his own little ice berg in law law land.
Here we are at my Uncle Zed's wedding. We sure are a cute family!
Mommy was so nice to let me try M&M's for the first time. I sure hope she gets me some more!
yum, yum, yum....
I got to dance with my cousins! We make a great team the three of us. Wait till were bigger ;)
I even got to dance with my Grams
Boy was it a long day, but I had a lot of fun and can't wait to see my family again!!!
